This hands-on background means he truly understands every aspect of a job, from managing materials and crews to ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. Under his leadership, Lovett Mechanical specializes in comprehensive plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, and process piping systems, tackling challenges across various sectors with confidence. He holds numerous Licensed Master Plumber certifications throughout New York State, including: City of Albany, City of Auburn, City of Binghamton, City of Buffalo, City of Cortland, City of Fulton, City of Ithaca, City of Rome, City of Utica, City of Watertown, and Onondaga County. As the Project Manager for Lovett Mechanical, once we win a bid on a project I complete all necessary paperwork, communicate with the General Contractors, Owners, and any Subcontractors, order fixtures/equipment, and prepare any project documents from the beginning and end of the project. This requires me to understand each project fully, including drawings and specifications, to determine materials and fixtures I have to submit for approval and interpret project requirements and contracts so our plumbers can work properly and not worry about anything aside from their field work. I also am the bookkeeper so I complete all accounts payable and receivable tasks and produce monthly and yearly financial documents that are vital to our Company’s financial success.
